Painting, for me, puts daily life on hold and my mind at ease. I feel that my work is a musical journey filled with vibrant colors and movement which voices and expresses my thoughts and feelings. I try to capture the beauty and joy of life as well as its difficulties. I grew up in a very creative environment, but a highly pressurized one. As an adult, I found myself leading an extremely busy lifestyle with constant demands from family and work which drove me to search for a peaceful place that was for me only. Painting became my sacred place of calm and serenity. I think this is reflected in my works, and my goal is to invoke joy, interest and calm in my audiences.
